I’m so glad you’re here!
I believe wholeheartedly in the value of positive relationships and the healing benefits of therapy. I’ve witnessed our inspiring capacity to transform old feelings, behaviors, and patterns, and to rewire our brains to heal our hearts and relationships. We just need the resources, support, and space to do so.
I enjoy working with a variety of challenges and goals, seeing individuals and families across the lifespan. I value my role as a collaborator with you as we unpack the influence that family, culture, beliefs, values and other experiences have on the shape and patterns of our lives, in our relationships, and within the view we have of ourselves.
Together we work to expand possibilities and build new brain connections that foster health and alignment; deepen our creativity and intuition, find purpose and connection, discern decisions, and align priorities; while engaging in self-compassion and mindfulness, increasing ways to continue moving forward through the inevitable challenges life presents.
I believe that the mind, body, heart, and soul are deeply connected, and by using integrative forms of therapy we can tap into and harness the innate wisdom and healing power already found within. This creates deeper openings and more opportunities for restorative healing that lasts!

Somatic therapy uses the body as a guide and reference to help facilitate the release of deeper and stuck emotions, lending to more integrative healing. While this is a more encompassed healing, it’s also very gentle and grounded. It doesn’t require verbal processing, which can be a freeing experience for those of us with trauma narratives or other stressors that are hard to articulate. The client gets to lead, and my job is to support you in your own pathway towards body-mind alignment. Somatic therapy is an accessible approach to mindfulness too – it creates more tangible points of entry into practicing meditation or mindful letting go of negative or undesired feeling states.
Brainspotting (BSP) is a gentle, yet powerful client led approach that reduces body and emotional pain and suffering. It uses the brain and body’s self-scanning, and self-healing ability to dismantle trauma, stressors, limiting beliefs or subconscious wounds to free the mind and body to create wellness. BSP can be used to find and strengthen resources, as well as enhance positive feelings and body sensations. (Please also see our trauma treatment page for more info)
The credo of IFS is: “all parts are welcome”. And it’s true. This way of therapy is non-shaming, non-pathologizing and works to create compassion and deeper understanding of all our ‘parts’. Each of us functions with lots of different identities, beliefs, and frameworks for how we see the world. These are shaped and impacted by our cultures, beliefs, values, and experiences and lend themselves to the creation of different ‘parts’ within us. Each of these parts works to serve us in the best ways they know how. But sometimes the ways we’ve learned to protect and move through life begin to create negative patterns, self-limiting beliefs, and cycles that we get stuck in. Parts work helps us to come to those protective (and wounded parts) and to ‘re-parent’ them in a way that is more in line with our current needs, values, and boundaries. This can be a profound healing experience, and one that helps us to move forward in new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
When clients feel open to it, I love to incorporate sand tray into our sessions. Sand tray therapy works to tap into the deeper and often subconscious parts of ourselves through exploring symbols, images, and metaphors. By using the sand tray, miniatures, symbols, and other objects, we create psychological distance and safety from some of the deeper hurts and wounds we have within us. Using a curious approach, we are allowed access into seeing the hidden strengths, resources, barriers, solutions, and innate wisdom we already hold within ourselves.
