Be Well has acquired contracts with BCBS, Health Partners, Cigna, Preferred One, Aetna, First Health, Optum, United Health and Medica. We are also a private pay clinic, offering out of network billing for client's choosing to forgo using their insurance, or for those using carriers for which we are not in network and credentialed.

Credentialed therapists will be able to join our group contracts with the above insurance companies, as well as apply for other desired individual contracts through insurance companies as they see fit. 

Be Well is on the search for passionate, driven, trauma-informed psychotherapists to come join our dedicated group practice in Stillwater, MN, serving the Twin Cities east metro and western WI area. We are a small, intimate, and dedicated practice and offer specialties in couples therapy, child and play therapy, family therapy, attachment work, trauma therapy, and energy healing. The focus of treatment at Be Well is a holistic and strength-based one; we value treating the whole person in order to heal the mind, body, soul and community. 

Part time and full time positions are available for licensed therapists to provide telehealth, and in person therapy as they see appropriate.

Our therapists enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the benefit of a supportive group environment. Be Well works to create a healthy, collaborative, and supportive work environment for our therapists, to support each other in doing our best work.

Main Duties: Complete initial diagnostic assessments to determine medical necessity for treatment, conduct face-to-face and/or telehealth psychotherapy sessions, develop individualized treatment plans, complete documentation in a timely manner, collaborate with multi-disciplinary team as needed, attend clinic meetings and consultation groups. Be Well provides administrative, and billing services for providers.

We offer a generous fee split in order to allow the therapists more freedom and flexibility to work at a pace that provides the highest quality of care for our clients.
