My approach is compassionate, energetic, warm, and friendly. I want our sessions to feel supportive and uplifting so that you can get to know yourself better. While I use a variety of approaches, I'm mostly trained in CBT, DBT, and ACT. I love bringing exercises, strategies, and techniques into our sessions as I believe in a practical, skills-based approach.
With over 13 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in working with addictions, eating disorders, body image issues, grief, and anxiety.
